Colette Guimond

Colette Guimond, born on September 14, 1961, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a renowned French Canadian professional bodybuilder affiliated with the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB). She currently resides in New Port Richey, Florida.
Guimond embarked on her bodybuilding journey at the age of 26. Within two years of dedicated training, she clinched the 1989 Montreal Championship title. However, her competitive trajectory faced a significant setback due to a car accident in 1997, leading to a prolonged hiatus from the sport.
Demonstrating resilience and commitment, Guimond made a remarkable return to the bodybuilding scene. In 2005, she secured first place in the Canadian Women’s Bodybuilding Nationals Heavyweight category, earning her IFBB pro card. Her professional debut occurred the same year at the Europa Super Show.

Throughout her career, Guimond has achieved notable accolades, including:
